She is an experienced healthcare professional with specialized training in healthcare assistance, geriatric care, patient support, and adult care services. With over eight years of professional experience across clinical, homecare, and care management environments, she brings valuable practical knowledge of patient needs, family support systems, healthcare service delivery, and community-based care.
Loretta holds a Diploma in Healthcare Assistance from SAT Academy Nursing School, accredited by City & Guilds, London, and has further professional training in geriatric healthcare. Her background includes experience in clinical support, patient advocacy, mobility assistance, personal care management, emotional support, activity planning, and client-family engagement. As Director, she contributes to policy direction, stakeholder engagement, organizational governance, and the development of patient-centered healthcare initiatives.
